Thanksgiving Remix

Call me crazy, but this is one of my favorite things to do with Thanksgiving leftovers! It's pretty similar to a Shepherd's Pie actually, if you're familiar with that.

What you'll need (all your Thanksgiving leftovers because making this from scratch would definitely be a headache):
  • gravy/cream of mushroom soup
  • shredded turkey
  • green beans (and/or other veggies--I used sauteed onions and mushrooms with this one too)
  • stuffing
  • mashed potatoes
  • grated cheese
Basically, you just layer everything over and over and over until you run out of room in your casserole dish! I like to finish with mashed potatoes and grated cheese on the top. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes, or until it's warmed through and you're good to go! Plus, it gets all your leftovers out of separate dishes and into one; much more manageable in a crowded refrigerator.
